Say cheese! It’s family picture time. The families from the village Buenos Aires were thrilled with the opportunity to have their family pictures taken. Once we gave them a few ideas, they built the most beautiful backdrop, complete with an arch and plants. Did you know a machete is a great tool to dig a hole?
The village does not have any power so we took our printer and a portable power source to print the pictures. After the family pictures were taken they villagers asked if we could take a group photo so they could remember our visit.
My favorite moment was watching a sister pointing out the people in their family as a younger brother named the people and laughed with each name.
